Color, pattern and light are a constant inspiration. I use paint to interpret and express what I see; not copy. My style is American Impressionism which allows the viewer to participate. I paint in the studio and “Plein Air” which is very difficult due to the quick changing light when outdoors. I studied art in college and continued my education through workshop and classes. art is a continuous learning experience.
